By phone. Call us toll free 800-785-Jade (5233) \ 775-786-4103. If you get our voice mail, please leave us your order. Make sure you leave your order, name and your phone number. We will be in touch with you shortly to confirm your order.

If you would like to order via FAX, you can do this any time at our FAX line – 775-786-5288.
All accounts are C.O.D. until credit is approved. Upon approval of credit, we will gladly ship with terms of net 30. All major credit cards are welcome when orders are placed. A 3% service fee will be added to all invoices paid with a credit card after time of order. All accounts paid past terms will be subject to a 1.5% fee per month.
We strive to keep our prices low, however, we reserve the right to change our prices if necessary.
Orders are shipped “freight prepaid” with shipping charges added to the invoice.
If you are not satisfied within 30 days, return unopened portions for a prompt refund or exchange. All custom printed orders are non-returnable. Please ask for a mock-up for your approval prior to ordering. A 20% restocking fee may be applied to return items.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice at any time.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.
We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Site, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.
We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Site at any time or for any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Site during any downtime or discontinuance of the Site.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will be construed to obligate us to maintain and support the Site or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases in connection therewith.
